Hi everyone, I’m Hai Dinh.

I’ve lived in the Footscray area for a long time and studied computer technology at Victoria University in Footscray. This community is an important part of my life.

I’ve decided to put my hand up as an independent candidate for Footscray in the 2026 Victorian state election because I believe our community deserves a stronger local voice.

I want to see safer streets, more opportunities for local businesses and workers, and a community where residents are listened to and their concerns taken seriously.

As an independent candidate, I want to focus on practical solutions and stand up for local residents, regardless of which party they support.

This campaign is about Safety, Opportunity and Community.

What do you think Footscray needs most from its next MP? I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments.
